Most Joyivora® orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method available at checkout.
For most U.S. orders:
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after shipment
Some remote locations, high-demand periods, weather delays, or carrier delays may require additional delivery time.
We always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.
If your tracking has not updated immediately, please allow a little time for the carrier system to refresh.
Shipping Fees

When available, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping threshold or promotion will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check:

- With neighbors, roommates, family members, or building staff
- Your local carrier or delivery office

Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately.
If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number. Don’t worry — the remaining items should still be on the way.
International Shipping
At this time, shipping availability may vary by country or region.
If international shipping is available at checkout, estimated shipping fees and delivery options will be shown before you complete your order.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
